These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of premeditatedmillionaire.com (the "Site"), the Premeditated Millionaire newsletter, and any digital products sold on the Site. By using the Site, subscribing, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
1. What we provide
The Site provides educational and motivational content about mindset, productivity, and personal finance, delivered through free and paid newsletter memberships and one-time digital products. Everything on the Site is information and education — not professional advice. See our Disclaimer, which is part of these Terms.
2. Memberships and billing
- Paid memberships are billed by Stripe on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) until cancelled.
- You may cancel at any time from your member portal. Cancellation stops future billing; you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for. Partial periods are not refunded.
- We may change membership pricing with advance notice; changes apply to your next billing cycle.
3. Digital products — all sales are final
Digital products (including The Premeditated Protocol) are delivered instantly by download. Because of the instant-delivery nature of digital goods, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Please review the product page carefully before purchasing. Initiating a payment dispute for a product you received and retained may result in termination of access to the Site and its products.
4. Intellectual property and personal-use license
All Site content — articles, newsletters, digital products, designs, and branding — is owned by Premeditated Millionaire and protected by copyright. Your purchase or membership grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the content for your own individual use. You may not resell, redistribute, republish, share member content or product files, or use the content to build competing products. Short quotations with attribution are welcome.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to access other members' accounts, scraping content, circumventing the paywall, or interfering with the Site's operation.
6. No warranties
The Site and all content and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Premeditated Millionaire and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, savings, or data, arising from your use of the Site, its content, or its products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Premeditated Millionaire and its owner from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Site at any time.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. The current version will always be posted here with its effective date.
