Premeditated Millionaire ("we," "us") operates premeditatedmillionaire.com (the "Site"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it plain because you should actually be able to read it.
What we collect
- Account information. When you subscribe (free or paid), we collect your email address and any name you provide, managed through our publishing platform (Ghost).
- Payment information. Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe — we never see or store your full card number. Stripe's privacy policy governs its processing.
- Email engagement. Our email delivery providers record standard delivery data (such as opens and clicks) so we can send you what you signed up for and stop sending what you ignore.
- Technical data. Like nearly every website, our servers and security layers log basic technical information (IP address, browser type) and use essential cookies to keep members signed in and to process checkout. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
How we use it
- To deliver the newsletter and member content you subscribed to.
- To process purchases, subscriptions, and account management.
- To respond when you contact us.
- To protect the Site from abuse and keep it running.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
Only service providers that make the Site work: our hosting provider, our publishing platform (Ghost), our payment processor (Stripe), and our email delivery providers. Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.
Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in the footer of every email.
- Cancel a paid membership at any time from your account portal.
- Access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing us at darshytwand@gmail.com. Colorado residents have rights under the Colorado Privacy Act; residents of other jurisdictions (including the EU/UK) may have similar rights, and we honor reasonable requests from anyone.
Data retention
We keep account data while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal and accounting purposes, then delete it.
Children
The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update it here with a new effective date. Material changes will be noted in the newsletter.
